ScholeioERP is developed and supported by Safebit Solutions, a software company in Harare. We build systems around the way schools on this continent actually run.
Our story
Software shaped by time spent in school offices
Safebit Solutions was founded in 2021. Working alongside bursars, heads and teachers, we saw the same pattern again and again: fees in one spreadsheet, marks in another, parent numbers on a teacher's phone, and term-end reports put together by hand.
ScholeioERP brings that work into one system. Every module shares the same learner record, so information is captured once and reaches the people who need it, from the bursar's office to a parent's basic phone.
We design for local realities: mobile money, multi-currency billing, ministry returns, exam board fees and patchy connectivity. Our team in Harare implements, trains and supports every school directly.
