Yes. We import learners, guardians and staff in bulk, and check them class by class with your team before you go live.

Schools pay a licence fee per enrolled learner each term, so the cost grows or shrinks with your school. Contact us for a quote based on your learner numbers.

Implementation, data migration and training are quoted separately from the licence, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Yes. We will show you the system live, using classes and fee structures similar to yours. Book a demo.

Yes. Parents on basic phones receive SMS messages and can check balances, results and attendance through USSD menus. Parents with smartphones can use the Android app or the web portal.

Fees paid by mobile money (currently EcoCash, OneMoney and Telecash) and by bank can be receipted against the right learner and term. Other payment providers can be supported on request.

Yes. You can bill, receipt and report in USD and local currencies.

Yes. Groups of schools sit under one account. Administrators can switch between schools and use the multi-school dashboard to compare them side by side.

ScholeioERP is on Google Play for Android. The iOS app is coming soon. Everything also works in a web browser.

School AI lets administrators ask questions of their school data in plain language, such as which classes are behind on fees. Teacher AI helps with lesson planning and assessment.

Access is role-based: bursars see finance, teachers see their own classes and parents see only their own children. Every financial transaction keeps an audit trail.

Yes. Users can turn on two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security when logging in. After entering their password, they confirm it is really them with a one-time code sent by email or SMS, or generated by an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

This means a stolen or guessed password on its own is not enough to get into your school's data.
